CHIA KAR WAHI left a review on my food order on Grab food. Few hours later, I'd received a phone call from the restaurant. I ed Grab and they accused me that I may have given my phone number to the restaurant which is not possible as I had placed my order in the App and did not chat or receive call from order placed up to food delivered. While Grab say they will check, they refused to provide update on any investigation result. So we won't know if it will actually be fixed.May 21, 2025 05:43:10

Nobbi SuThis is bananas. I'm stuck with a phone number that obviously belonged to someone else before. After Grab sent a code by SMS, it asks for my original Gmail , displayed as a bunch of stars with a few letters, like a secret code from a spy movie. I can't crack that. Ines KracunOn multiple occasions, it happened that drivers would accept and then just park. If you cancel after 3 minutes, you are stuck with a fee and there is no repercussions for the drivers. Overall the is always left hanging. This happens with both transportation and delivery services. And help center basically ignores you 99% of the time. Update: Grab now doesn't accept 5 engers even though the cars are 6 seaters. Instead you have to book 6 seater car and get a smaller vehicle.May 20, 2025 17:17:14

Maniago FrancoIf you paid via cashless, app does not return your funds immediatley after a canceled order and will take up to, they say, 30 days. I was hoping that when i ordered ahead, the food will make it just in time for my visitors. Instead, the order was cacelled after i waited for 2 hours because there were no riders, my funds got on hold, and i was force to pay another payable (almost double) amount (that I CAN BARELY AFFORD) since we had no food to serve to the guests.
